Indulge in the world of artisanal chocolate with Fossa Chocolate, Singapore's first bean-to-bar craft chocolate maker. Learn the techniques for identifying good chocolate through a guided tasting session where you’ll sample everything from cacao beans to five different chocolates of varying origins and production methods. Next, get hands on in a DIY chocolate truffle segment. We’ll show you how to handcraft your very own truffles using the finest quality ingredients, including a spiced spirit infusion specially made by JAM at SIRI HOUSE. Take home two boxes of customised chocolate truffles- a box to keep and one to gift!
All tools and ingredients are provided. No prior knowledge is needed (except for a love of chocolate).
