JAM draws the modern Asian family table into SIRI HOUSE, introducing diverse flavours and influences to their shared plates. Led by Ming Tan (Lolla, Park Bench Deli) and Jeremy Cheok (Garang Grill), familiar, quality produce is delivered with a signature twist while service forgoes formality for genuine warmth and hospitality. Refined, playful and deliberate, JAM at SIRI HOUSE celebrates the gathering of kith and kin, and their enjoyment of great food at its heart.

Headed up by Mark Tay and Yap Hwee Jen (Sunday Punch), the team is bolstered by creative cocktail mastermind Kavinn Raaj (Smoke and Mirrors). Start your meal with an offering from our welcome bottled cocktail trolley before diving into a sensational craft cocktail selection that celebrates new beginnings and the familiar flavours of home. Drinks are one-of-a-kind with housemade infusions, distillates, edible garnishes and flavoured salts forming the backbone of our programme.
