JAM draws the modern Asian family table into SIRI HOUSE, introducing diverse flavours and influences to their shared plates. Led by Ming Tan (Lolla, Park Bench Deli) and Jeremy Cheok (Garang Grill), familiar, quality produce are delivered with signature twists, while service forgoes formality for genuine warmth and hospitality. Sunday Punch’s Mark Tay and Yap Hwee Jen elevate the dining experience with a sophisticated bar programme, comprising a line-up of distillates and spirits developed in-house. Refined, playful and deliberate, JAM at SIRI HOUSE celebrates the gathering of kith and kin, and their enjoyment of great food, at its heart.

Our very own Brunch Series, celebrating a different theme every month. Our second edition celebrates the pillowy pancake with 11 sweet and savoury dishes to share.  Pair your free-flow pancakes with ‘Char-grilled Chicken Oysters with a Thai-style 'jaew' dip’, ‘Giant Squid with XO Bacon Jam’ and ‘Foie Gras with Spiced Orange Sauce’. Or slather them with ‘Gianduja, Sea Salt and Roasted Hazelnuts’ and a rich ‘Gula Melaka Coconut Spread’.  Enjoy retro beats while sipping on a sparkling ‘Summer Fizz’ or a ‘Scotch and Honey’ from our punchbowl.  Sumptuous comfort food is the order of the day so roll out of bed early or late (doesn't matter) and join us.  ​
