FOOD AT JAM

JAM draws the modern Asian family table into SIRI HOUSE, introducing diverse flavours and influences to their shared plates. Led by Ming Tan (Lolla, Park Bench Deli) and Jeremy Cheok (Garang Grill), familiar, quality produce is delivered with a signature twist while service forgoes formality for genuine warmth and hospitality. Refined, playful and deliberate, JAM at SIRI HOUSE celebrates the gathering of kith and kin, and their enjoyment of great food at its heart.

Dinner (Monday to Sunday): 6.00pm - 10.00pm 

Please note that during Lunch, a Set Lunch menu is available Tuesdays to Fridays, our A La Carte menu is offered on Saturdays and Sundays. We offer our A La Carte menu for dinners Monday to Sunday.

CHINESE NEW YEAR MENU & YU SHENG

Mon 13 JAN - 8 FEB DINNER MENU

Savour a Five Course Lunar New Year dinner with dishes that include Five Spice Smoked Duck and our take on the iconic Pineapple Tart, in dessert form. Celebrate with a Pineapple Riesling and Basil Tart, 2 complimentary tipples included in your menu.

Guests can also supplement their menu with a luxe Lo Hei- a decadent Hokkaido Scallop and Hiramasa Kingfish Yu Sheng with Yuzu Truffle Honey Dressing.

$88 ++ per person for 5 courses (inclusive of 2 cocktails). JAM at SIRI HOUSE’s regular ala carte menu will still be on offer.

SET LUNCH MENU

Introducing our new set lunch menu. Enjoy sumptuous small plates, desserts, main dishes and a selection of handmade pastas. Tuck into ‘Basil Chicken Tortellini with arrabiata and crispy chicken skin’ or our ‘Chashu Miso Carbonara with brocollini’. Feel like sticking to your favourites? You’ll find our signature Prawn Pappardelle, Scallop Carpaccio and Tomato and Burrata also on the menu. Choose from a 3-course offering for $48++ or indulge in our 4-course menu at $60++ per person. Inclusive of coffee and tea.

Headed up by Mark Tay and Yap Hwee Jen (Sunday Punch), the team is bolstered by creative cocktail mastermind Kavinn Raaj (Smoke and Mirrors). Start your meal with an offering from our welcome bottled cocktail trolley before diving into a sensational craft cocktail selection that celebrates new beginnings and the familiar flavours of home. Drinks are one-of-a-kind with housemade infusions, distillates, edible garnishes and flavoured salts forming the backbone of our programme.

COCKTAIL HOUR

Escape from the bustle of town and indulge in a spot of leisurely daytime drinking in the seclusion of Dempsey Hill. Savour the fresh and floral with our cocktail of the month, Vine Not?, a delicious blend of chrysanthemum distillate, Riesling and Botanic tonic ($16) or choose from our trio of bar cart cocktails at a special price of $12. Each cocktail ordered comes with a complimentary bruschetta of choice adorned with tasty toppings. Select from a kombu sourdough bruschetta with salami and tomato salsa or beef pastrami bruschetta with wholegrain mustard and bread and butter pickles.
